Every party is quoted individually, because no two are the same. Your quote depends on the number of guests, which bar or bars you choose, the items guests make, how long you'd like the experience to run, your date, and where the party is. Send an inquiry and we'll reply within one business day with availability and your quote.

Everything except tables and chairs: setup, styling, hosts, all supplies and take-home packaging, and complete cleanup. You provide the tables, chairs, and guests; we handle the rest.

A deposit holds your date. Deposits are non-refundable, but if plans change we're happy to reschedule your party.

Yes. Mini Creation Bar carries liability insurance.

Two to four weeks is ideal for popular dates. We sometimes accept bookings on shorter notice — reach out and we'll let you know.

Yes. Pairing two bars is popular for bigger or mixed-age groups — for example slime with a keychain bar, or lip gloss with bedazzle. Choose your main bar in the booking form and mention the second in your notes.

Our bars cover roughly ages 3 to 14. The baby onesie bar is built for baby-shower guests of any age. Each experience page lists its best ages.

Usually, yes. Tell us every guest's age in your inquiry. For mixed-age groups, pairing a simpler bar like keychain & charm or stuff-a-plush keeps the youngest guests just as involved.

Yes. The gold charm bracelet, lip gloss & keychain, bedazzle, decoden, and heat press bars are favorites for older kids and tweens.

We arrive at your event with everything needed for your chosen craft bar — table styling, supplies, take-home packaging, and professional hosts. Each guest creates their own piece, takes it home, and we clean up before leaving.

Most events run 60 to 90 minutes of active crafting. We arrive 30–45 minutes before to set up and stay 15–30 minutes after to clean up.

Our hosts. At the patch, heat press, and onesie bars, guests design their piece and choose where everything goes; a host checks the placement and does the pressing.

Just tables and chairs for your guests. We bring everything else — supplies, styling, take-home packaging — and handle setup and cleanup.

Only for bars that use a heat press: the patch, heat press, and baby onesie bars. Every other bar runs without power.

Both. We set up in homes, backyards, and other event spaces. Tell us about your space in your inquiry and we'll plan the setup around it.

All materials are skin-safe, age-appropriate, and we offer latex-free options on request. Each experience lists best ages and any relevant allergen notes.

No. Our slime is made without borax.

No. The gold charm bracelet bar makes clasp bracelets — no welding — so they come on and off like any bracelet.

Everything they make: a sealed slime jar, a patched bag or pressed hat, keychains and lip gloss, a bedazzled or decoden piece, a charm bracelet, a stuffed plush, or a pressed onesie. It doubles as the party favor, so there's no need for separate goodie bags.

Yes. Names and words are part of most bars — chenille letters at the patch, heat press, and onesie bars; letter beads at the keychain bars; initials at the charm bracelet bar.

Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry. Skip the dryer and don't iron directly over chenille letters or patches.
